i’m looking for a bit of help on my new purchase of a folding work bench. looking at spending up to £40 just for a bit of DIY and bike fettling.

so what do you have and would you recommend it

Got one a few weeks ago from Screwfix – less than £20, went together really easy & seems ok. Looking in their catalogue & there’s one for twice the price that seems exactly the same, just a different brand.

Tesco are doing them for £15.

I got some £10 B&Q cheapies 10+ years ago and they have been fine.

I’d get two of them so you can use them for sawing long stuff.

Make your own out of 4″ x 2″ piece of cake.

I made two new saw horses last week for £20.

Oh… you haven’t got a workbench to do it on… 🙄
