…..are there any kind locals who would like to show my wife and i around. We've been enjoying the forest of dean for a few years but seem to always end up on the same old trails.

Our normal loop is from Pedalaway, up the fireroad climb towards elwood and ending up in Parkend. I have no idea of the names of any of the trails we do though apart from Dowies! We do a route we were shown years ago.We always end up coming back along the boring cyclepath past the lakes.

We'd love to know whats on the Speech House side of the valley…and ride the motorcycle trail??

We were hoping to leave Pedalaway around 8:30am or there abouts. We'll treat you to tea and cake!

I'm local but can't help this Sunday as riding in Wales but if you don't find a guide the Enduro Trail from 3 weeks ago is still marked (just) and worth following, it's about 15km so it won't keep you occupied all day though.
