Have booked on flyupdownhill for friday, what condition are the downhill trails in, will they be ruined by friday and anyone got any idea what the weather will be like on friday? met office thinks rain....

I was last out there Thursday when they were dry. It rained here most of yesterday and overnight. The sun is currently shining (very weakly) and bands of rain are forecast for the rest of the week. Most of the runs drain pretty well so, with the right tyres, you'll have a blast and the showers only cost a pound or two

As Psling says, the FOD drains quickly and tends to hold up ok most of the year.

Unfounded fears, FOD was awesome today, a bit squishy in spots but otherwise excellent. Managed 15 runs whooooooo
