Do they exist?
Working different shifts each week, so will need flexible childcare arrangents for the little one in the future. some weeks will need say 3 days some only 1 etc.
your experiences or thoughts please!

The nursery we used when our kids were little were very obliging about this. MrFC does shift work and they fitted in really well around our needs. We just gave the dates we needed a full term ahead and there was no problem.

It depends how flexible your child is I think
