    Awful video, but the lead singer had nice legs. It was the 80s, I was starting to become dimly aware of these things called ‘girls’ and the pics of the lass dressed as Barbarella that came with the vinyl single sold me on it…

    I once got really pissed with them in a flat in Birmingham after they supported a friends band (the ‘C-Men’ har har har), thought I was going to get off with one of them, but didn’t 🙁

    Yay – snap Bruneep! Ah, I well remember Rat Trap being played at the Pitchford Village Hall YFC disco Christmas 1978….

    Having said that was my first single – that ignores the Yingtong Song by the Goons 😳 , and Merry Christmas by Slade which I got secondhand off a mate.

    I only ever bought two proper singles, the second one was Walking on the Moon by the Police which I still think is a cracker.
