Tried to download OnSight, a climbing film from the producers website yesterday after paying for it. Firefox seemed to allow it to download but when I tried to open it in the ‘download’ window it was ‘greyed out’ and I couldn’t click on it. Tried downloading again and same problem. Couldn’t find file on computer either. Tried downloading in IE and same problem.
The download link was only valid for 12 hours so now I’ve paid for a film I haven’t got!
Any ideas why this has happened? Running Vista on an eminently capable machine (don’t know exact specs but built by father in law last year, 64 bit, lots of RAM and HDD space) and Firefox. All latest updates etc… Out of ideas but given my PC knowledge that’s not saying much!
