Had a bit of a late night last night, woke up not that early this morning (although an hour too early…) to go for a ride.

Got home, went to breakfast, and found out that I had got up an hour early. Then killed an hour doing pretty much nothing, then found out that the ride had been cancelled. I felt fine when I was ready to ride, but now that I haven’t I feel absolutely drained. I rode yesterday, but was just a short one.

Any tips? Go for a spin?

get out and about.. it’ll give you a lift..
even if you don’t go for the sort of intensity that you usually would..

if I find myself in the circumstances you’re describing I’ll generally make sure I go out for a bimble around at least.. even if it’s just a pootle around town looking for a good set of steps to play on or for a look at the local scenery..

A real man wouldn’t need to ask 😉

    Just get out and ride!

Ok then. I will take your advice, and then completely ignore it. I think time for a nap, then go out and get wasted later.
