    Hi all

I’m after an exercise bike for our gym, I have around 2k to spend

We ideally want something that has a power meter and a good computer with a users data memory function and some type of competition / leaderboard function

The only system we have set up that everyone loves is the wahoo KICKR (using the segments app on an iPad) but this is only a turbo trainer not a bike so we are after the bike equivalent ?

    Any recommendations ?

Wahoo kickr plus a cheap second hand road bike will be under £2k.

Yes still thinking that a wahoo and a steel framed fixi with no brakes is possible but the only disadvantage is its not as adjustable for different riders as a dedicated excercise bike.

ive had a look at the wattbike and whilst it does collect a lot of data you still have to manually control the resistance so you cant set up a hill circuit or upload a GPS file to ride and compete on or benchmark yourself

i wish wahoo did a full bike as well as a turbo !

the only other bike ive found is this http://www.pelotoncycle.com/
    buts its not available yet
