I’m looking for some advice and real user opinions on lightweight waterproof jacket.

Had a Karrimor Goretex for the last 10 years that has given great service in all weathers, but has now finally given up its water repellant properties.

Looking at the dhb eVent jacket on Wiggle – this seems to be quite a good jacket, or the Ground Effect Flash Gordon. Tried ringing Pace to order their 3×3, but all I get is a recorded message to leave my contact details.

Any recommendation appreciated.

I’ve got the Endura eVent jacket. I’ve only had call to use it once so far. It kept me dry and as sweat free as I could expect. However, I did find the DWR came off where the camelbak had been. I’ve retreated it with spray but not had chance to try it again yet.
