I have one on my bike . Just notice it is bent. The back of it has twisted . Is this user error or a common issue

What model do you have? I am a seasoned saddle bender (ooh er) so now make sure I buy Titanium rails. I’ve not bent a titanium saddle, including my Ergon.

if you’re harsh on saddle rails I’d avoid Ti. it tends to snap rather than bend when treated badly.
Cromo (not hollow) rails are stronger than Ti and bend rather than snap.

I’ve bent one Ti and snapped another. Sella Italia and Charge. Landing on it hard and crashing the bike.

    Never bent steel rails.

It’s a council house spec cro-mo one. It has only been on for about five rides. So slightly surprised by its lack of durability.
Okay to ride … just looks odd!

I bent a ti railed Ergon saddle crashing almost as soon as I fitted it to my hardtail. Has been like that for over a year now, can’t tell when riding. Have another Ergon (lighter version) on my other bike, also ti rails has had a way harder life and is still perfectly straight.
