Lookimg to get the GE1 grips for a bit of epic ride comfort and replace my ODI ruffians. I know folk that use the flared ergons that swear by them – i prefer the look of the more normal GE1’s and they look better for my kind of riding, all day but with some trail centre type messing about and jumps etc.

Worth the cash – will I notice the comfort?

    Cheers

I have some ga1 which are similar but without the flange. I went to them from Esi foam grips and find them better. I was getting pain in the heel of my hand. First ride out qnd i was ready to put the esis back -They took a few rides to get used to them but I now prefer them. They are like stiff supportive shoes in that they are firm but comfortable.

Got some GA1s for good price from merlin – worth a try, considered copies and spesh BG grips – but almost same price as discounted ergons.

True test will be ’10 under ben’ next week – hope it’s one less ache!
