    sorry if this has been done before but it looked like an interesting idea. yes plenty will want to steal the tools etc but for some blocks of flats or student accomodation it looks like a good idea.

    Several others have tried this before. Tube vending machines with solar powered compressor pumps etc.

    None have worked so far, IIRC.

    I can see it being an OK idea in London or somewhere where cycling is hugely popular.

    Meanwhile, back in the real world, you can buy all of this stuff in ASDA.

    Unless you live in Edinburgh, of course 😉
