eBay bike. Won!

I'd forgotten that I'd bid on a bike, I think it was 9 days ago.
Yikes, this will either hurt like Hell (in which case, eBay here we come!) or bring my riding on as it's a Surly Karate Monkey 29er, my first try at SSing.
Most of the kit looks basic, but that's what I was looking for in a winter-hack (I know it's spring!) and I can upgrade if the two of us gel.
