Right I sold my old phone on ebay a couple of weeks back, it was faulty as it had been dunked in water, my fault ano, but anyway I got around £20 for it. I then sent it off the Wednesday after the auction (27/11/10). Yesterday the guy sent me an email saying he hadn’t received the phone yet. I haven’t really sold much on ebay so have never had this problem before. What do I do?

I mite be able to dig the receipt out from somewhere but not totally sure :/

If you didn’t send it recorded, then he’ll quick a claim in via paypal and they will refund him and claim it back from you. Sorry

You have to laugh. The problem with the posting thing is nothing at all to do with ebay. If your new to it you really should have sent it by recorded post – it’s still cheap to do so especially if the item has little value. Then you’ve proff of postage and a point of call if something happens. Remember for next time ok.
