My mate is getting a dynamo for his commuter/tourer. I know about this B+M front light with USB charger:

Cycle 2 charge topcap and a £10-£20 cache battery? Charge the battery while riding and top the phone up at night, will work better than charging the phone directly!

No need for a battery, our touring normally involves a B + B lol

Don’t see many, I’ve had one (in true STW fashion) on my tourer for 4 or 5 years now. Hasn’t missed a beat, I can plug an IPhone lead straight in and it just sits and charges. The light is ok for road use as well.
