Does anyone know if 2015 Rockshox Revelation 29 forks can be reduced in travel from 140mm to 120mm.

Did exactly this with earlier Revs rct3 29er , dual air. I simply dropped a 20mm spacer into the air shaft. A doddle. Works well. Not sure of year, I suspect 2014?

I have 2015 revs, you need to change the air spring. I sent mine to loco, cost about £40 iirc

You would need fit a new 120mm Air Shaft. Rockshox Part R8022003.
This part will fit forks from 2013 onwards. Sram Tech have some good home service guidelines on Youtube.
