    So, I’ve decided to run a marathon and I’m busy training away. It occurs to me it would be awesome to quickly and easily download a programme to my computer calendar and then sync with my phone so that I always know what session comes next.

    Does anyone know if this possible, or suggest somewhere i might find such a thing?
