… when you have a something you are really looking forward to booked in?

I’ve had a ride booked in up north for a few weeks. Stupidly I went out for a couple of large rides last weekend and Monday – one of which was in the cold and rain and now I’m full of cold!!!

So rather than feeling all spritely I feel like crap!!!

Gutted!

Going to go anyway and take it easy.

I couldn’t ride last weekend because my daughter gave me a cold, this week she gave me a lovely vomiting/pooping bug so despite feeling well enough to work all week I’m now unable to go more than 30yds from a toilet 😳

Try and enjoy your ride even if you are a bit crook 🙂

P.S. Thought you might like to know that toilet roll consumption is high 😆
