    i’m plagued recently with bad leg cramps, literally falling off my bike like a log that kind of pain.. happens 3x last weekend 🙁 … i am using the POC VPD 2 knee/shin pad ..fit is snug.

    I’ve felt my knees cramp up wearing pads and it did seem to go if I stopped and loosened them.

    Try them a bit looser?
