  • Do you run different mud tyres front & back – and if so… what?

I ride mostly XC / singletrack in woods – lots of roots, clay mud, twisty, etc.

I’ve got a Bonty Mud X for the rear (26×2.0) but I notice it doesn’t have much traction on the edges although it does grip quite nicely in the clay.

The routes are also fairly twisty so I’m not sure if I should have something different up front… or would I be better off with the same tyre.

    Suggestions please?
What do you all use through winter?

(sorry if this type of question has been done to death)
