I’ve got man flu, and I’m completely full of snot. Poor me. 😥

There’s only one thing I want to eat when I’m feeling sorry for myself like this…

with Warburtons toasty bread to dip in it

Whats your default food when you’re poorly sick then?

    *sniff*

Btw binners, is the man flu courtesy of your kids? The school/nursery colds and flu season seems to have kicked in here too 🙁

Mental Health issues – Sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. Must be from the Wing Lee.

    Eggs mashed in a cup

    2x soft boiled eggs
1x slice of white (cheap and nasty) buttered (thickly spread) bread
    salt and black pepper

    Cut the bread into squares
Put the squares into a mug
Shell and tip the soft boiled eggs into the mug
    Add salt and pepper
Mix it up with a spoon
Turn on the telly to Pebble Mill at One
    Eat
    Feel better.

Whiskey and hot lemonade. I nuke one of the sharp cloudy ones in the microwave. Strangely enough it still remains fizzy. Add as much scotch as necessary.
Begin sweating your cold out. Fall asleep shortly afterwards.

For bad colds I always make chicken soup with loads of onions, garlic and chilli.
