I have seen it a lot, but most recently I went to halfords( not for bike parts, no way, but to swap car window wipers)
The guy in front was demanding that an old internet only offer which was no longer valid and only available online should be up held instore….The que behind him continued to grow while he had a go at the guy behind the till… and then made him log in online and help him order the parts…in the end it really helped me as I wanted to exchange a purchase without a reciept, I was really nice to the guy and he was happy to help me, with a sigh regarding his previous customer…

With what possible justification? The till guy should have just asked him to move on and served the next customer.
