Am I going to regret asking if they're any good after I've bought some! :-0

They fell apart like some other brands but not as many people bitched about it. They are fine now though

mine have been going strong for about 8 months – which is pretty good for a heavy rider in the peaks! i'll be buying more soon

The question you should be asking is can they come with the incredible strain the wok will put on them.

Very good, both for my Hopes and my Maguras.

Good pads at a good price. Been using for a year now with no probs & wouldn't buy any other sort now 😀

utter rubbish, lack the power and bite of OEM ones and mine cracked in half down the alps.

swapped to another set and beaded them in.
next day the material had split but not come away from the backing plate.

personally i'm going to try some SS Kevlar ones next time.
mine all went in the bin, bought hopes own in the end..

Have had good performance out of mine.
Went with the "expensive" ones for Luchon.
No pump up, no fade, reliable braking and lots of pad life left.

Been using them for ages ( three years cheesybeanz 🙂 ) No issues and cheeeeep. Not sure if they will haul the the wok to a full stop though.

These pads are superb. A week of downhill on a trail bike in Morzine on new pads and still had half left at the end. Using them for 6 months in the UK no issues at all. Good stopping power once bedded in.

I've just replaced a pair after a good six months of regular use – I'm very happy with them and will be buying another batch. The ones I just wore out were on a Mono Mini, but I have another two pairs on another bike with Formual Oro K24s that are going strong.

BTW – TangoBravo's login has been linked with SuperStar Components – see other threads on here today.

I've just had four pairs arrive today.

Going to stick them in the tandem to give em a propper testing.
