    Mate is re-building an old bike. It's V brake only but if he gets more into it he'll upgrade frame/forks/brakes.

    After some wheels, looking to spend £100ish for nothing more than North Wales trail centre stuff, no big jumps or drops etc, mavic 717ish really strength wise.

    any good deals out there? anyone got sommat in the shed?

    I've got a set of Hope XC disc hubs on Mavic 719s. http://picasaweb.google.com/mcmoonter/20100403Trance#5455915065549858306

    These have a V brake rim surface.
