I'm thinking of refreshing my Klein with a set of disc wheels and brakes. I have a post mount on the rear chain stay with bolt holes approx 22mm apart.

Can anyone advise where I can get a mount from to allow me to put either formula's or shimano disc brakes on?

Have a '99 Klein here and I looked into this, you have got a 22mm hayes mount on the frame. Not sure whether adapters will still be available retail but someone may have a 22mm to IS or Postmount laying around.

I decided against it in the end as I was advised that the small rear facing dropouts often allowed the wheel to eject when disc brakes wear heavily applied.
