Really enjoyed the day – some good tips and lots of things to work on. I can manual a little bit now – woo!

Have to admit when I saw that Andy (Barlow) who took the course was Scottish XC champ I wondered how good he would be at freeride type stuff – well pretty bloody good is the answer. So smooth and fluid, makes it all look far too easy.

Lovely day up at Glentress yesterday as well.

As has been said many times about Andy Barlow, you can take the boy out of downhill….

Glad to hear this si something you rated. I was planning on having a look at this next year. maybe get a handful of mates and see if we can get him to ourselves for the day.
