    Just 23 miles on the road bike to MiL’s for Christmas dinner. Will ride home tomorrow providing it hasn’t snowed. Wife will go in the car with all the presents.

    60K, this morning. Followed up with 4 slices of door step toast, smeared with butter and Marmite.
