The website says 34.9mm with shims supplied, I have a 34.9mm but didnt seem to get any shims with the frame so what size shims do I need to find?

The shims come with mechs. I have some spare.

Not quite, in this case you should have got shims in the box with the frame*. If they’re missing, I’d give Dialled a quick call

*assuming nothing’s changed in the last 2 years

While I was waiting for my shims to arrive, wrapping a piece of inner tube around the frame worked fine.

Ah right, that explains why I struggled to fit my front Mech to mine when I got it. Didn’t realise they should have been some shims with the frame. Just wrapped some inner tube round the seat tube on mine.

When I got mine they were lying in the bottom of the box – very easily missed….. took a day or two (and an email) to realise they were there!
