    I’m a bit confused… i isn’t unusual….

    so i have accepted that my 10 speed wheels cannot take an 11 speed cassette, i am very happy with 10 speed.

    i want to purchase a Di1 tt set for my tt bike, but it seems that i can now only get 11 speed.

    is the 11 speed Di2 capable of switching to 10 speed? or do i just give up on it?

    i have hed3 wheels, mabe i can convert those….. bloomin complicated….

    What wheels? Some HED wheels can be converted to 11-speed.

    You can probably change your free hub to 11 speed.

    You used to be able to use 11 speed shifters with the 10 speed mechs, however Shimano removed that functionality in a firmware update, helpfully. The 10 speed stuff is still fairly available though.
