    I think I know the answer to this already, but wondered if any of you coil shock experts would like to confirm or deny for me.

    Got a 2010 Van R on my Froggy which has been pretty good, but even I can tell the damping is a bit basic when riding bumpy stuff.

    I was planning to get it Pushed when it came to service time, as I was really impressed with the results on my air Float R.

    But now I've seen I could pick up a 2009 DHX Coil 5.0 for £200. I suspect this won't perform as well as a Pushed Van, but am I right? Would it come close?

    when i knackerd my DHX coil last year TF recommended a pushed VanR as a replacement although I can't remember why!
    Not ridden the bike since it was fitted but taking it to cham next week
