He's not half the man - he's now a THIRD of the man. 39 to 13 stone..!

I have, finally, got back on the bike in the last few weeks. He's genuinely inspired me to pull my finger out and get properly fit and lose the (comparatively insignificant) 2 stone of lard round my middle.
