How can I find out who is delivering my parcel in the UK when posted from America? I checked the USPS tracking site and they said that a foreign post service attempted the delivery today at 13:33, 10 Sep and was unsuccessful! I was in all day and they definitely didn't "Attempt" to deliver. It does not say who delivers in the UK, Nor can I get the USPS email address as you need a zip code to get it. any ideas? Cheers.
