    Took a tumble in the Alps and was left with quite a deep nick out of the upper. It must be around 0.5 – 1mm deep by 6mm long, 3mm wide.

    What's the treatment? is nail varnish man enough for the damage?

    Coil Pikes BTW.

    Smooth any rough edges carefully with fine wet and dry and nail varnish, if that doesn't work, new crown unit which retail at about £250.
