Removed chainset today ready for fitting a new one and noticed some damage to the chainstay on the drive side, now i have only ever had chain suck once and that was on a filthy ride and the chain freed it self without any input from me, but the damage looks pretty full on to me, so some opinions please, is it bad or fine as the gouges(?) are pretty bad

not the best pictures as was losing focus when getting too close,

It’ll fracture eventually. You’ll need to order the new frame now. 😀
