    Oh the shame. I found myself in A&E during the festive season with a gardening related injury. Advancing age…

    But, as I sat there in A&E, I was able to recall the approximate dates of my last few tetanus injections but referring to the various cycling-related scars they accompanied.

    Am I a bit accident prone (yes!), or am I not alone in having an embodiment of some of my ‘adventures’?

    now I have a permanent record of my afternoon in the garden trimming the hedge.

    Previous marks are reminders of belting down the runs at Les Gets/Morzine and a summer afternoon in Epping Forest.
