it definantly happens somewhere – ive seen a couple expats with bikes strapped to the back – inc a very nice celeste carbon bianchi on the back of a prado at park and rob in PH – i assume the only reason it was still there was the fact his mopo were pointing a gun at anyone who went near it …..
only seen a handful of nigerian cyclists on the roads out there though. – by cyclists i mean someone whos obviously doing it for sport as oppose to transport.
