Has anyone tried cutting down old leg warmers to make knee warmers? I have some old ones which are a little big and fall down on long rides so was thinking about making some knee warmers out of them for short rides to work.

They’ll have no elastic or silicone gripper at the bottom to stop them riding up with your leg movement. Get a bit of a sprint on and they’ll turn into skimpy shorts…..shit idea. Spend a tenner at Decathlon and get some knee warmers.
