Does anyone have any experience of cubes warranty service? Have a broken internal cable stop on reaction gtc frame so needs sending back. 🙂

Internal cable stop? What does that look like and where? I’ve got one of these frames…

Second to none based on the experience of myself and a couple of my mates (we own a fair few Cubes between us). I had a freehub go on a rear wheel and had the entire wheel replaced. 2 mates had frames replaced with no problems.

PS dave, get your ass back out on the weds night rides :-p

Whathaveisaidnow- it’s at the head tube where the gear cable heads into the frame,there is a stopper built in to hold the external cable in place. On mine it’s pulled straight thru into the frame 😕
