Hello, I was wondering if anyone has bothered changing the crankset on their Cube Stereo this year. I get terrible chain drop and I want to eliminate this without adding even more weight to the weighty bike.

I’m looking at getting the new XT SS crankset but it comes in two widths, depending on the chainline. With the pressfit BB, this seems a ball ache to work out.

HAs anyone done this please?

you mean single ring, not single speed…?

Get the 50mm chainline version.

Superstar now do M8000 rings, as do others. One Up and Absolute Black do ovals too, although they are quite pricey.
