i’m looking at trying to pick up second hand hardtail 29er.
ive seen a cube ltd pro advertised in a 17″ frame,i’m 5’11” and a bit ,and have tried a trek 29er 17.5 frame and a medium vodoo bizango 29er and they felt fine, but i currently ride a specialized camber 26er in a large,
has anyone tried /any experience with cube sizing?

    thanks

I think that will be too small for you. It would be about right for me, at 5′ 7″.

The 17 will be much too small for you. The effective top tubes on Cubes are really short for the sizing. I’m bang on 6ft and also ride a large Camber 26er. 19 will be the size to go for. They have quite short top tubes which don’t seem to follow the current trend for long top tubes and short stems.
