    Clearly endangered life in the video. 14 months sounds lenient.

    Is it a case of lesser sentencing as it’s in a vehicle?

    Norfolk and Suffolk…if the Cop cars hadn’t been there he probably would only have slightly damaged 2 cabbages.

    If it was America that’s what would have happened. They wouldn’t consider that the guy might be mentally ill or high on drugs (which it seems he was).
