I lost a cable for mine, sent an email about lunchtime and had a new one through the letterbox next morning, foc!

One of the connections in my battery failed, had it replaced in a similarly quick time.

After a ham-fisted mate managed to rip the cable out of a 2 year old light and battery, both were speedily repaired free of charge.

This thread gives me hope. Mine’s gone wrong and doesn’t seem to want to work any more. No answer to the email but I’ll let him off as I only just sent it 😉

quick question. is it possible to buy just a lamp unit? I’ve got X2 with a spare battery and would be useful to run it on the road bike.
