Last October I bought some of those Endura eVent 3/4 trousers – and they were great until last month, when I noticed the stitching was coming undone on the bum, revealing a couple of inches of the membrane.

Sent them back to Swinnertons on Tues, and this morning UPS dropped off a brand new pair for me.

Not the first time they’ve instantly replaced a faulty item of Endura clothing for me, so I thought they should get some credit for the excellent customer service.

And while we’re on the subject of customer service, credit must also go to Cycledealia in Broxbourne (my LBS) for fitting a headset for free yesterday. Even more reasonable than their usually very competitive workshop prices!
