    I ordered something for mrs julian’s christmas bundle, (only £13 or so) and they didn’t have it in the size i ordered (usually their stock is bang up to date isn’t it?). So after emailing me the next day to say they were sorry they couldn’t find one, and refunding me the difference by paypal the day after that, the rest of the order arrived with a ‘sorry’ note and a £5 voucher. How very decent! 😀

    That is all.

    Wiggle did similar for me recently, though their voucher came to a very odd £5.53!
