What do you reckon? 09 model? Worth a punt? Does anyone ride one?

Yep, got an 08 TCR Alliance, full 105 groupset except for Ultegra chainset, Mavic Aksiums, it’s an ok bike, epecially for that money.

Was considering upgrading to a Pinarello FP2 last year, similar spec but with full carbon frame, a touch over 2k, nice bike. Only problem was that on an extended test ride (several days) I was consistently almost 1mph slower average speed than on my TCR.

I stuck with the Giant.

I run the 2010 version and it’s great. I came from a Alu Trek something which was a harsh ride, this is comfortable, yet stiff.

Running full Ultegra which I can’t fault. For teh money i’d say that’s a good buy!
