Could the above cause a loud knocking noise under load?

Stripped the hub down tonight to try locate the knocking, hoping for a rough bearing and discovered a hairline crack 🙁

Other question is, can you buy them without bearings etc?

I’ll email them shortly and try and dig out the receipt.

Any clues on the knocking noise?

Yeah mine has done exactly that – I emailed them the pictures and they said they would replace FOC. Also out of warranty. I haven’t got round to it yet but assume they will honour it.

And no knocking noise from mine for what it’s worth.

I doubt they’ll ask for a receipt or even any evidence of a broken part. (Ime)

So thanks to Hope and everyone here for saving me £60!

Oh and it’s sorted the knocking as well, happy days!
