    Took someone to court and won case they were ordered to pay costs how do i go about collecting them

    Depends on type of case and wording of order. If you recovered an amount of compensation or debt it is just added on to the sum due . So enforcement like any other they pay by due date otherwise back to court for enforcement proceedings .
