How much would it roughly cost to lay a concrete driveway? It’s more the cost of concrete delivery I’d be needing to know as I’d be looking at DIY route, unless it’s not that expensive having someone else do it (Edinburgh, if anyone knows anyone to recommend).

    Sizewise, I’d be looking at 21 feet x 8-10 feet x 4 inches deep

You’re looking at approx 2m3 of concrete, you’ll be able to get a pay what you lay lorry for prob £100/cube, however you may have to pay a bit of waiting time as (no offence) you’re average diyer will struggle to lay that in the 20 mins you’ll be allotted. You could hand mix and just plod on all morning but will be able to control the rate you’re laying etc.

probably a bit more as circa £100m would be for a full load.

You tend to pay extra for part loads (fresh air in the mixer).

Im paying £71 a cube on an s2 wra mix based on full 6wheeler loads . Pay as you lay are cheaper the more you have granted, but can’t match standard 6m trucks. No fresh air in a truck that’s doing say 8 drops to little builders all paying over the odds a cube!
