The roof is leaking at one of the joins (obviously). I can see the old sealant flapping about on windy days.

Is it easy just to re-seal a join?
The other option is to have the whole roof replaced.

Its in the old 50 pence shape and unfortunately is 3 stories up,as part of my attic work room.
A neighbour can lend us scaffolding.

Any ideas of cost if we get professionals in,or cost of a new roof?
    Thanks.

I’m going to ask a friend with a drone to film the top.

Haha. Having met wca, for his sake I wouldn’t let him near it.

Instead of a conventional dorma window, the previous owner devised this ridiculous turret style roof. Its fantastic for letting light in and I have amazing views.
    However maintenance wise, its impractical.
