Not something I’ve thought about before, but with people asking me what I would like for chrimbo I thought I may try some.

Anybody use them? Reviews do suggest that they are effective http://myathleticlife.com/2012/11/compression-socks/

Seen these, http://www.ridesok.com/boutique/en/ plenty of others im guessing.

I pop the Skins ones on post ride for an hour or two. There seems to be some evidence there’s a benefit. And they do feel quite nice on post workout, especially if you can’t put your feet up.

Depends what you want them for!

I originally thought compression tights were an expensive gimmick. so I bought some cheap, they make a HUGE difference to my recovery. They get rid of that achey throbbing legs feeling. my tights go on ALL the time post riding and racing!

Sounds good. Reasons, achey legs and help with keeping my feet warm this winter. Think i’ll give them a go.

I prefer compression tights or calf guards to the socks but find what works for you!

I’ve got the Endura compression socks, very impressed with them, seem to really help, really noticed an improvement when racing both days of the weekend.
